I have been training with Vicki for about a year now, with amazing results.
Vicki is awesome and makes every session enjoyable. Even at the end of a long day at work, when you think you have no energy left whatsoever to train, Vicki pushes you to your limits and makes it all worthwhile. And lots of giggles are thrown in there as well. To be honest, I think my abs are in such good shape from all the laughing we do!
Vicki has a wealth of knowledge in the exercise/health fields and will tailor an exercise regime to best achieve your goals. Every session is different and always a complete workout. I don’t know how many times I have said “I’m not feeling anything” and then the next day . . . . I’m feeling it!
You can have absolute faith in Vicki that she knows what will work for you. And if you have a particular exercise that you enjoy, Vicki will work it in. Vicki and I have been boxing for the past couple of months and I am loving it; such a great cardio workout and stress reliever all in one, with fantastic, lean results.
I had my first Body Composition Scan recently and my readings were so pleasing. I am 52 years of age and my Bio Age was 44, with a great Fitness Score to match! This is all due to Vicki and her training – I could not have achieved these results on my own.

Vicki is a great personal trainer.
I started training with Vicki in a bid to maintain and hopefully, improve my fitness level throughout my pregnancy.
Before I started PT with Vicki I had lost motivation with the gym, however, once I found out I was pregnant I decided that I needed to get back on the fitness train to ensure that I was in the best possible shape for the pregnancy.
I started when I was 4 months and trained up to 8 months and I can say without a doubt that Vicki helped me achieve my pregnancy fitness goals and all the hard work (…all those squats and lunges) during pregnancy has also helped post-pregnancy.
Because of Vicki, I was stronger and probably fitter than I had been and consequently felt great.
