First of all, it’s fantastic that you have decided to start to get fitter and stronger!

We are here for you to help you achieve that!

You can pay by either cash or bank transfer on the day of your session.

However, buying a 10-Pack will need to be paid upfront before your first session.

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled 12 hours before the session time via text without charge.

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy when changing your session less than 12 hours before your session time.

Yes!

If you do not arrive for your booked session, you will be charged accordingly.

However, we understand that emergencies do happen (…for VIX Total Fitness too!), therefore we will try to be as accommodating as possible to reschedule your appointment before charging for the session you missed.

If you arrive late for your scheduled PT session, the session will finish as per the session booked.

For example, if you have booked a session at 10:00 am and you arrive 15 minutes late, your session will still finish at 11:00 am.

If VIX Total Fitness arrives late, the time will be made up or another session booked in.
