Here at VIX Total Fitness, we understand that ‘stuff’ happens and session times may need to change, so we always make every effort to accommodate you.
However, please be aware that we block out your session time, including up to 30 minutes on either side (for prep, etc.), which precludes other clients from those slots.
With this in mind, If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please refer to the below policy…
CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
CHANGES MADE TO A SESSION 12 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE START TIME:
Clients can cancel or reschedule the session without charge, or loss of a Pack session from a pre-paid Pack.
CHANGES MADE TO A SESSION 12 – 4 HOURS BEFORE YOUR START TIME:
Clients can reschedule another session within 48 hours of the original session booked.
However, if the original session is not rescheduled within 48 hours, the session is charged the full amount, or one session is deducted from a pre-paid Pack.
CHANGES MADE UNDER 4 HOURS BEFORE START TIME, INCLUDING ‘NO SHOWS’:
Clients are charged the FULL amount of the booked session, or one Pack session is deducted from the purchased pre-paid Pack.
LATE ARRIVAL FOR YOUR BOOKED SESSION:
If you are late for your session, you may not receive a full extension of the scheduled session.
For example, if you have booked a 10:00 a.m. session for 45 minutes and you are 10 minutes late, the session will still finish at 10:45 a.m.
PACK POLICY AND REFUNDS
When sessions are purchased in a “Pack” – no refund will be offered for unused sessions. The discounted price per session is based on the whole package price.
PLEASE NOTE: Packs are valid for 4 months.
